In S-T Wars, the temple guard lightsaber has 10.5 inches long hilt alone with small blades. The lightsabers you get at Zia Sabers have 36" long blades.

The yellow lightsabers are made the same way other lightsabers are made. They use a yellow Kyber crystal and fix it inside the hilt to get yellow blades.

Most of the Temple guards died during Order 66. The ones who survived became Inquisitors.
