    General Shipping Information

    • We strive to ship orders the same day or the next business day after they are placed. This may take up to three business days on holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits.
    • Tracking information for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out and updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
    • If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered or has unexplained delay, please contact us and we would be happy to help you.
    • If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undelivered package, you will pay the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages returned to us will be processed as a return, and the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping costs.
    • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages sent to the incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to ensure that they did not receive it by mistake. You can file a claim with the relevant delivery service.
    • We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

    Domestic Shipping

    Our shipping options within the U.S. are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

    The delivery time will be determined by the shipping method you choose during checkout. We can track your orders and keep you updated on the actual delivery status.

    • Delivery dates for ‘Free’ and ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. Once tracking indicates that the package has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it.
    • Express packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days after they leave our warehouse. If you have any concerns about an express package delivery, please contact us.
    • If your Express order is placed after 2pm CDT, it will be shipped the next business day. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.

    International Shipping

    • Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
    • Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.
    How long does an order take to process and ship?

    We make every effort to fulfill your orders. Our thorough preparation and  processing time to ship orders is within 24 hours during non-peak seasons.

    Lightsabers are machined and delivered within 4 days, it could take up to 10 business days depending on the lightsaber and season. The delivery time will be determined by the shipping method you choose during checkout.

    What are the shipping rates and delivery time?

    Shipping within the US is completely FREE.  We offer our customers a free shipping option on all orders.

    In addition to free shipping, we provide customers with the option of expedited delivery for faster delivery. The rates of this vary according to location and service class. The rates for expedited options are calculated automatically on the checkout page based on your location and order weight.

    Please note that due to COVID-19, delivery times may take longer than expected. We can track your orders and keep you updated on the actual delivery status. We hope you are staying safe during these times.

    Do you ship orders outside of the US?

    ZIA Sabers is a global brand, we ship to most countries outside of the USA.

    Will I have to pay International Taxes and Duties?

    Although we try to limit any additional fees, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. The exact value of this may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped.

    You should contact your local customs office for specific amounts and charges. ZIA Sabers is not responsible for any duties or taxes and additional customs clearance that are levied on your package. 

    Are ZIA Saber designed for dueling and combat?

    We are proud of our sabers, which are rated for full contact dueling and can withstand heavy dueling. Our blades are made of a strong Polycarbonate material that is shatter-proof and has a slight flexibility to prevent them from breaking.

    Please always take proper safety precautions before dueling and wear appropriate safety equipment.  ZIA Sabers is not responsible for any injuries.

    Do you make replica or Star Wars lightsabers styles from the movies?

    We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, or endorsed in any way by Lucas Ltd., Disney, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. We DO NOT make Star Wars lightsaber replicas.

    ZIA Sabers’ designs, colors, and sounds are unique and have nothing in common with anything seen in films, video games, comic books, or other forms of media.

    Do all ZIA Sabers come with sound?

    YES. All of our lightsabers include a premium SMART soundboard with 6 different sound fonts while idle with different sound levels. Please refer to the User Guide to discover the sound features of ZIA Sabers.

    Does ZIA Sabers have sound effects?

    Lightsabers will not be complete without the sound effects. Aside from the idle position sound, ZIA Sabers has smooth SWING sound effects, FLASH-ON-CLASH on duels, BLASTER DEFLECTION effects and so much more!

    These are available in all our lightsabers. We go all in!

    Can I change the blade colors of ZIA Sabers?

    YES. All ZIA Sabers are built with easy color-changing mechanisms. Please refer to the user manual for instructions of a specific lightsaber.

    How do I attach or remove the blade?

    All ZIA Sabers come with a FEE L-ranch tool to help you easily remove or attach the blade to the hilt body. Simply use the tool to slightly rotate the screw counter clockwise. You do not need to completely remove the screw in order to remove or attach the lightsaber.

    Are all ZIA Sabers rechargeable?

    YES. We don’t just provide our customers with high-quality blades and hilt, it comes with a quality rechargeable battery too! Our lightsabers come with a USB charger and charging port. 

    We also provide a FREE upgrade to the rechargeable models. Please DO NOT use unauthorized wires as this can impact battery life and cause performance issues.

     

    What is RGB blade color?

    A RGB (Red, Green, Blue) blade is an all-in-one light color configuration that allows you to change the light color within the blade. You can adjust the color and tone for infinite color options or you can select any colors you like.

    All of our lightsabers come with RGB Blade Upgrade FREE of charge.

    What is ZIA Sabers Refund Policy?

    Orders within the first 7 days from the delivery date can be returned for a 100% refund less the return shipping fee.

    We do not charge a restocking fee.

    The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable on product returns, however, you will receive store credits which can be equivalent to the shipping costs. Except for items incorrectly sent, ZIA Sabers will cover the costs for the return shipping.

    What is ZIA Sabers Warranty and Exchange Policy?

    All orders that are over 7 days may only be returned for repair, store credit, or replacement under our 90 Days Warranty. This covers absolutely everything the electronics inside the hilt, the hilt itself and even the blade.

    Please note that damages to products or parts caused by accidental dropping, submerging in water, or other non-dueling-related activities are NOT covered by this our Warranty and Exchange Policy.

    You will handle the shipping fee on product returns, however, you will receive store credits which can be equivalent to the shipping costs. Except for items incorrectly sent, ZIA Sabers will cover the costs for the return shipping.

    DO NOT attempt to disassemble, modify the hilt from its original configuration. Doing so will VOID the warranty. 

    Product replacement may take 7-15 days after receiving the returned items.

    How can I return my purchased product?

    Return of purchased items is covered by the ZIA Sabers’ Refund and Warranty Policies. If you wish to return your purchased items, please contact us and our team will provide all the necessary steps to process your request.

    Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts and all free promotional gifts included. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

    If the product you received is defective, no worries, we will ship your new product free of charge.

    What items are not eligible for returns?

    Please note that damages to products or parts caused by misuse, or items that are not in their original condition and missing parts for reasons not due to quality issues are not covered by the ZIA Sabers Refund and Warranty Policies.

    The below conditions are not quality issues:

    • Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues.
    • Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues.
    • Damages due to use, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues.
    Can I return items that are shipped internationally?

    All International purchases are FINAL SALE.

    We do not accept international returns and shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

    International customers may be eligible for a store credit.

    How can I exchange a purchased product for another item?

    If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

    Can I return a product I got from another retailer?

    ZIA Sabers is the sole supplier, distributor, and retailer of ZIA Sabers products.

    We do not assume responsibilities for any products bought from another retailer.
    We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a third-party retailer.

    Can I cancel or modify my order?

    We work hard to fulfill all orders. Once you place your order, you can modify or cancel your order.  Unfortunately, we will not be to do so once a shipping label has been created.

    In most cases, you can cancel your order within 24 hours for 100% refund without incurring any shipping costs. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to follow the Refunds Policy.

    We strongly encourage our customers to check all the information they provide both before and after completing an order. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at service@ziasabers.com as soon as possible. 

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We securely accept all major credit cards via a USA based payment processor, including:

    Why was my order cancelled?

    Your order may have been cancelled automatically for a variety of reasons, the most common of which are a payment failure or our security systems detecting a high fraud risk. If you have any cancellation or payment issues, please contact our customer service team, who will be able to help you at service@ziasabers.com.

    Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Currently, sales tax is only charged to residents of Texas based on the shipping address you enter during checkout. 

    States outside of Texas have thresholds for charging sales tax. In most cases, we do not meet these threshold. In the event we do, our system will calculate the sales tax and reflect this to you on the checkout page before you process the payment. 

    How can I get a copy of the receipt?

    After placing your order, you will automatically get an email confirmation with receipt for your order.  You can also find your complete order history and payment information in My Account section of your website within the “Orders” tab.

    How do I apply the promotions and discount codes?

    ZIA Sabers always offer our customers with promo and discounts. The discount code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order.

    Promo codes and discounts CANNOT be added to an order after it has been placed. All promo codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last, cannot be used once expired, have any cash value, or be applied to previous purchases.

    Discount Exclusions

    You can use a discount code on top of a sale we currently have on the store. However, you cannot use multiple discount codes within one order.

    What is ZIA Sabers Store Credits?

    We always offer amazing perks to our valued customers. For every purchase of ZIA Sabers products, customers will earn an equivalent store credits which can be used as a discount for future purchases.

    Store credits CANNOT be used along with a discount coupon code on a single item.

    ZIA Saber Consumer Guarantee

    Our brand is our guarantee. However, if you believe a product purchased from us is damaged, faulty or unsafe or is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description given to the product, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving the product. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must also notify within 7 days of receiving the product. 

    If a Product has a minor defect, we may provide a repair within a reasonable time. If we cannot repair the product within a reasonable time, you can refer to our Refund and Warranty Policies.

    ZIA Saber Ownership Rights

    ZIA Sabers is the sole manufacturer, distributor and retailer of all ZIA Sabers products.

    If a product is replaced, your replacement product becomes your property and the returned product becomes ZIA Sabers’ property. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes our property.

    What is your privacy and data use policy?

    How do you secure my data and payment information?
