Lightsaber Stand

I never received this item. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I inquired about my missing stand multiple times via phone and email with little to no response and no resolution. I was never sent this item or the refund for it. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone do business with Ziasabers sadly.

Been seeing saber ads and thought I just pick one up for fun. Got the anakin saber and works amazingly! The only issue is that the button does not work with the sliding part over it. I have to slide the cover then push the button for it to power on. But have to be care since there is nothing holding the button in so it pops out often. Definitely a part that should be redesigned. Other than that it's a fun saber.

I’m sure if I got the whole thing it would be great. When I got it though, I was missing parts to the stand. I tried to reach out for help so that I could get what I ordered but I never heard back on the emails I sent. I’m sure it’s a great stand but due to not receiving the whole thing and also the bad customer service I have to rate it low.

Well right off the bat the scanning of the bar code wouldn’t work, so I went into learning the operation of the Sabre blind I ended up turning off the volume I emailed Zia and never heard back from them. I found out how to work the Sabre and my opinion I think the operation of the Sabre is difficult with holding the one and only button for 1 second then 1.5, 2, 2.5 and so on for all the different modes you can’t tell if you held it for 2 seconds or 2.5 I think additional buttons would make it better.
