*This is a good, review. My rant is to show how awesome Zia Sabers is!*
I have to start off by saying I came to Zia sabers after initially (and still currently) experiencing major disappointment with another, well known, lightsaber business, that are local to myself in Oregon. I paid them for a pretty decent, Neopixel Saber and waited over a month to receive it. I never had it on for more than a few minutes and it went from being potentially awesome to useless almost instantly. So now I have to fight with their terrible customer service and after a month there is still no resolution with no refund and only store credit.
So through this whole ordeal I bought this ZIA Princess Neopixel saber. They had it shipped to me before my fiancé could tell me not to buy it. It’s an AMAZING SABER and I wanted to keep it so very badly but unfortunately this mess with the other saber business made it impossible for me to choose the one that actually works. But, ZIA Sabers was awesome and I promise my long rant (which was much longer, in fact) had a point. They showed me what a real neopixel lightsaber could be with amazing customer service and super fast shipping.
