What is ZIA Sabers Warranty and Exchange Policy?
All orders that are over 7 days may only be returned for repair, store credit, or replacement under our 90 Days Warranty. This covers absolutely everything — the electronics inside the hilt, the hilt itself and even the blade.
Please note that damages to products or parts caused by accidental dropping, submerging in water, or other non-dueling-related activities are NOT covered by this our Warranty and Exchange Policy.
You will handle the shipping fee on product returns, however, you will receive store credits which can be equivalent to the shipping costs. Except for items incorrectly sent, ZIA Sabers will cover the costs for the return shipping.
DO NOT attempt to disassemble, modify the hilt from its original configuration. Doing so will VOID the warranty.
Product replacement may take 7-15 days after receiving the returned items.
How can I return my purchased product?
Return of purchased items is covered by the ZIA Sabers’ Refund and Warranty Policies. If you wish to return your purchased items, please contact us and our team will provide all the necessary steps to process your request.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts and all free promotional gifts included. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If the product you received is defective, no worries, we will ship your new product free of charge.
What items are not eligible for returns?
Please note that damages to products or parts caused by misuse, or items that are not in their original condition and missing parts for reasons not due to quality issues are not covered by the ZIA Sabers Refund and Warranty Policies.
The below conditions are not quality issues:
- Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues.
- Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues.
- Damages due to use, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues.
Can I return items that are shipped internationally?
All International purchases are FINAL SALE.
We do not accept international returns and shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
International customers may be eligible for a store credit.
How can I exchange a purchased product for another item?
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Can I return a product I got from another retailer?
ZIA Sabers is the sole supplier, distributor, and retailer of ZIA Sabers products.
We do not assume responsibilities for any products bought from another retailer.
We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a third-party retailer.
