This was a bad experience. The saber was a holiday gift and the lights work but not the sound. The merchant had a faulty customer service number and did not work well with us to repair, exchange or refund. Very disappointing!
I had quite an experience with my recent order, and I must say, the customer service was exceptional. The order arrived quickly, which was fantastic, but I received the wrong saber, and the blade was damaged. I can understand how this happened—the inventory codes were only a single digit apart (501-502), so it’s an easy mix-up.
Despite this, Alex went above and beyond to make things right. He provided store credit for my next purchase and promptly sent a replacement blade. Although the first replacement had some issues, Alex sent me another pixel blade without hesitation.
It’s important to remember that small businesses face unique challenges, especially when they have a large customer base. In this case, I believe Zia Sabers works with an external distributor in Texas, and sometimes when mistakes happen on that end, Zia gets the blame.
However, what truly stands out is Alex’s incredible commitment to customer service. He kept me informed every step of the way, responding to over 50 messages in just a week. His responses were always friendly, professional, and personal, which made a huge difference.
Thanks to his dedication, I’m confident I’ll be a returning customer. Mistakes happen, but the way Zia Sabers handled the situation shows they truly care about their customers.
Order was easily tracked, updated me frequently, item arrived in great condition with a nice packing and was way better quality than I thought. genuinely shocked and will definitely purchase from here again. Highly recommended!!!!
