I have better and have had better service

I purchased this saber with high hopes given this was the fourth saber purchase from this firm. It arrived in slightly damaged packaging as a part of a two saber order. It looks amazing and assembled without issue but wouldn’t charge at all. It’s gone from functional saber to impending return. I’m sure if it worked, it would be a great addition to my collection, but as for now, I wouldn’t recommend.

Disappointed -

I received a package that looks to have been returned from another customer. It's Christmas and I don't have time to return and order a new one. I had to repair the hilt because the power button/charging board was not seated properly and missing the adjustment screw to hold it in place. I love Zia sabers but this left a sour taste in my mouth.
